1. Included support
Included support covers license activation, installation questions, basic driver guidance, DBC import/export questions, scenario workflow questions, and reproducible simCAN software issues.
2. Not included
- Custom scenario engineering or test plan design.
- On-site integration, vehicle testing, or regulatory validation.
- Debugging third-party hardware, firmware, or CAN network faults beyond reasonable setup guidance.
- Guarantees that a specific adapter, harness, DBC, or bench system will work.
3. Response target
Email support target is two business days when practical. No guaranteed response time is provided unless a separate support agreement is purchased.
